How fast do you reply?
Bug reports within 1-2 business days. General questions and feature requests within a week. Press / partnership within a week. We are a small two-person team, please be patient.
I am having trouble uploading a generated emoji to Discord / Telegram / Slack.
That is almost always a file size or dimension mismatch, not a Forgemoji bug. The three platform guides (linked from our site footer) cover this for the common cases. If none of those help, send us the platform and the error message and we will look at it.
Can I send a fan mail, feature idea, or just say hi?
Of course. We read everything. The two of us run Forgemoji in our spare time and kind notes do show up in our inboxes and they are a nice part of the week.

What to include in your first message
The more specific the first message, the more useful the reply. These are the details that help us act on it:
- Your browser and OS (macOS Safari 17, Windows Chrome 124, etc). If you are reporting a bug, this is the first thing we ask.
- The two emoji you combined and the time window you generated them in (within the last hour, ideally). This is how we find the specific request in the server logs.
- Which platform you are trying to upload the result to (Discord, Slack, Telegram, iMessage, Instagram). The rules differ a lot per platform.
- What you expected to see versus what you actually saw. If you can attach a screenshot or short screen recording, even better. A picture saves 200 words of explanation.
Response time and what to expect
Forgemoji is a two-person team maintained in our spare time. Our actual response windows:
- Bug reports: 1-2 business days, screenshots can get a reply within 24 hours
- General questions and feature requests: 3-5 business days, we read every one but we cannot ship every one
- Press, partnership, and business: within a week, we forward to the right person on our side
